テレフォンオペレーターのシフトリーダーは、スーパーバイザーと協力し、チームがどのように日常業務を行うかをまとめます。

業務内容

テレフォンオペレーター、シフトリーダーはチームと協力し、将来的なリピートビジネスの機会を開拓します。具体的には、以下の業務を最高水準で遂行します：

-オペレーターの日常業務のアシスタント
-電話、ファックス、Eメールによる問い合わせ対応
-顧客満足度を定期的にモニターし、未解決の問題があれば解決し、将来のビジネスを確保する。
-チームメンバーが効果的に育成され、ホテルの施設やプロセスを十分に理解し、関係構築、顧客サービスにおいて高い品質基準の文化を生み出すようにする。
-トレーニングとチームワークを重視し、オペレーターチームの外観、基準、パフォーマンスを監視する。
-オペレーションチームのシフト、管理、トレーニング、育成をスーパーバイザーをアシストする。

求める要件 

• テレフォンオペレーター経験3年程度
• 前向きな姿勢とコミュニケーションスキル
• 英語と日本語のビジネスレベル（話し言葉／書き言葉）
• 高レベルのカスタマーサービスを提供することへのコミットメント
• Excel, Word等のITスキル
