Work Experience

What we are looking for

  • Strong business communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to negotiate and close business in a courteous manner.
  • Possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be goal oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Delphi FDC and Hilton OnQ knowledge is a plus. 
  • Previous Hotel Sales experience preferred.
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team that provides exceptional guest experiences!

 Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a successful, aggressive action plan to include solicitations, both outside and inside sales calls.
  • As a proactive sales manager, 50% (fifty) of time should be spent in active sales solicitation with new and potential accounts.
  • Assist the Director of Sales in the preparation of the annual marketing plan, including the action plans covering assigned market segments.
  • Send proposals on all leads which fit the profile of the property and actively follow through to convert from proposal to contract. 
  • Maintain professional working relationships with accounts and travelers
  • Monitor account production to ensure market share
  • Build and maintain excellent client rapport
  • Some travel required
