Responsibilities:
As the Part-Time Breakfast Demi Chef, reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Contributes to a creative and contemporary dish including special menus following trends and demands in the restaurant and events
· Inspiring, guiding, and empowering teams to achieve their best.
· A dietary requirements wizard
· Contributes to a safe, happy and productive work environment
· Contribute to the control of costs
· Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the banquet kitchen
· A Work, Health and Safety ambassador
About You:
· Australian working rights (no sponsorship needed)
· Preferably based in the Perth Metropolitan Area
· Full flexibility for mornings (breakfast) with minimum 16 hours a week
· A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated previous experience in a similar role
· A current, valid, and relevant trade patisserie qualification
· Knowledge of current food trends
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure
