Key Responsibilities:

·  Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, and specialty beverages.
·  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station.
·  Engage with guests, providing personalized recommendations and excellent service.
·  Ensure consistency in drink preparation, following established recipes and standards.
·  Manage stock levels, restock supplies, and maintain equipment.
·  Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

·  Previous experience as a Barista in a luxury hotel or café setting.
·  Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art is a plus.
·  Excellent communication and customer service skills.
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
