Job description

・Leading the day to day operation in Banquet with high standard guest service
・Supporting the even coordinator in delivering events such as breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, dinners, cocktail receptions, gala dinners, seminars, etc. 
・Greeting VIP guests at events, and delivering timely and efficient guest service
・Attending department meetings when required
・Managing checks and billing for events
・Working on improving guest satisfaction of food and beverages
