Job description

Auxiliar de almacen receive requests for internal purchases and deliver the requested and necessary products, ensuring efficient operation for our Guests and Team Members

What will I be doing?

As Auxiliar de almacen, you are responsible for processing purchase orders, ensuring on-time deliveries, and organising stock efficiently to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. 

·  Processing purchase orders
·  Ensure deliveries arrive within the required time frame
·  Reconcile delivery notes with purchase orders
·  Ensure stock is organised and placed efficiently
·  Monthly stock take and reconciliation of stock
·  Arrange returns and repairs with suppliers
·  Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers
·  Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
