As an Associate Business Analyst Collaboration Systems, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Infrastructure Messaging team reporting to the Director of Infrastructure and Platform Engineering Messaging you will support projects including Microsoft 365 property enhancements for collaboration and operational efficiency.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
· Participate in discovery discussions between key stakeholders and platform engineers crafting and documenting use cases, operational requirements, and technology goals.
· Research and contribute user interface (UI) best practices to design discussions.
· Collaborate with the project delivery teams to develop Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) plans.
· Contribute to test strategy and change management campaigns to support technology execution.
· Participate in testing initiatives, tracking issues and ensuring resolution to critical path findings.
· Maintain system operational guides for reference and future technology planning. Contribute to business continuity initiatives, and maintain related operational documents.
· Create project status overviews on a periodic basis (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc).
· Gather debrief information following deployments.
How you will collaborate with others:
· Collaborate with Hilton business stakeholders to gather information for the technology intake process, documenting requirements and business goals. Validate requirements are accounted for in design plans.
· Collaborate with internal product management and technology teams, as well as operations support, and other relevant teams to gather information to operationalize new solutions.
· Attend intake and strategy meetings with related technology colleagues.
· Participate in change management programs.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
· The use case catalog for all assigned projects and the SharePoint project repositories.
· Final project documents including accepted designs, test plans, issues logs, etc., along with final versions of change management collateral materials.

You have these minimum qualifications:
· Professional work experience in Technology, Project Management, or related field
· Experience as a business analyst collecting requirements and/or compiling use cases
· Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels
· Travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
· Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
· Three (3) + years of professional work experience in Technology, Project Management, or related field
· Two (2) + years of experience in Technology delivery
· Preference to be near one of our three US corporate office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
· Experience with Microsoft 365
· Experience with project management
· Hands-on experience with hospitality operations
· Fluency in an additional language
