Assistant Night Manager (m/f/d)

Your role in the Front Desk team:

·  You are an important part of our front office team and are responsible as the main contact person on night duty for your colleagues & trainees or interns. interns
·  You represent the entire hotel at night
·  You ensure a smooth night service
·  You look forward to smooth communication within the team, with all other departments and with the guests of the Hilton Cologne
·  You live hospitality and create a very special service experience
·  You take criticism professionally and want to positively influence the Hilton standard with the help of analyses and the implementation of guest feedback
·  You have talent, conduct successful sales talks and always read additional wishes from the eyes of our guests
·  As an experienced specialist, you feel particularly responsible for the next generation at Hilton Cologne and would like to actively support the learning process and induction/professional success of our trainees
