Work Experience
YOUR DAILY BUSINESS

  • Supporting the hotel manager in the management and organization of all departments and employees
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations and processing group inquiries and reservations
  • Supporting the Hotel Manager in the recruitment of new employees and ensuring the induction and development process
  • Induction and training of new employees, including ensuring an efficient and sustainable onboarding process
  • Promoting the brand image by adhering to all Hilton brand and service standards
  • Developing and implementing in-house sales & marketing strategies
