What You’ll Be Doing
As Assistant Front Office Manager, you’ll support the Front Office Manager in leading daily operations of the front desk and guest services. You’ll:
· Supervise and coach front desk associates, guest services, and PBX operators.
· Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and problem resolution.
· Coordinate with other departments to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
· Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
· Help implement initiatives to improve efficiency and elevate the guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for front office supervisors ready to take the next step or front office managers from smaller hotels looking to grow into a larger, full-service environment. You should bring:
· 2+ years of front office or guest services experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
· Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
· The ability to make sound decisions under pressure and communicate clearly.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs demand.
