Job description
As Arabic Coffee Server, you will provide reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience while the guest waiting from check-in through check-out. As Arabic Coffee Server contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Ensure guests are welcomed when entering the property
· Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
· Handles guest request as required
· Ensure that management is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments
· Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
· Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
· Completes daily forecast of expected arrivals and departures
· Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
· Operates various coffee maker machines
· Responds promptly to guest requests for a supervisor or manager
· Follow company brand standards
· Participates in all required training/meetings

Arabic Coffee Server Members serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
· Report to work on scheduled time, wearing the proper uniform and name tag at all time
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Inform Guests about all Resort services and promotions whenever engaging with them in the lobby area
· Maintain good working relationships with all fellow Team Members
· Prepare coffee trolley in anticipation of the day's business. Stock work area with Arabic Coffee pots, cups Napkins, Dates and all other Arabic Sweets
· Ensure all operating equipment is clean and polished
· Preset trays and tables
· Attend the morning meetings in a timely manner
· Have knowledge of all VIPs in house & Arrivals
· Clear Arabic Trolley when done and storing equipment properly
· Restock and refill condiments
· Keep clean work stations and areas
· Adjust day off in accordance to business levels
· Handles Guests requests/ complains, report them to the leader on duty and carry proper follow up
· Present in the lobby while on shift
· Maintain communication with Guest Services Leaders
· Contribute ideas on promotions ets...Where you can help up sell for the rest of the rest of the Rooms division
· Any other duties assigned by the Guest Services Leaders

· Consistently drive to increase SALT by taking feedback from In house Guest
· Report and coordinate all daily operation issues
