Distribution Services Team Leader

Your Responsibilities

Lead an operational administration team supporting the warehouse shifts and processes.

Ensure operational excellence to achieve excellent results on the main KPI (CPOi, CCNs and LPH).

Supporting Lean journey

Managing cycle- and test counting as well as corrective & preventive measures

Ensure compliance of the WH to all relevant regulations and policies

Manage HSE processes

Lead and arrange audits from different sources (FM, KA, SQS, HSE) internally and externally and manage resulting actions/follow-ups

Ensure Code of Conduct is followed and respected

Manage the interfaces to MO-GB in terms of CCNs and special requests and activities (e.g. INPs)

Liaise with sales force & customer service and manage a correct and efficient order process (input of special requirements, cancelled outbounds, order creation time)

Investigate, resolve and prevent customer & HC claims

Investigate and resolve all insurance claims for carriers (lost or damaged goods)

Lead the management of large projects

Co-ordinate special transports with transport team

Manage facilities of the logistics buildings and liaising with the general facilities team

Manage Bredbury WH cost centres, invoice approvals and discover cost reduction opportunities as well as revenue potentials

Your Profile

Functional Expertise

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Business, preferably with more than 2 years of team leader experience

More than 2 years of customer service experience

Language skills in addition to English strongly preferred (e.g. Swedish, Danish, Finnish, German)

Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP required

Passionate about providing excellent customer care

Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

Understanding the Business

Deep understanding of logistics role in Hilti business and impact to the customer

Deep understanding customer service processes

Open to changing environment based on market conditions and business requirements

Actively seeking potential to improve the business and build partner relationships with other departments

Forward thinking and questioning as-is to proactively drive customer satisfaction
