Your Responsibilities

• Diagnose and rectify faults on Hilti Tools
• Apply the warranty criteria fairly
• Advise any potential product faults to the Tool Service Centre Supervisor
• Work in a safe manner and maintain a clean and tidy work place at all times
• Use the PC for all administrative work relating to each individual repair

Your Profile

• Recognised Apprenticeship in electrical and/or mechanical field or equivalent qualifications
• Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of tools and machines
• Self motivated and able to work to deadlines accurately with minimal supervision
• Enthusiastic team player who exhibits a strong desire to learn new technology with

  commitment to customer service excellence
