For our team at the Development Center in Kaufering near Munich in Germany we are looking for a 

Quality & Process Manager (m/f)

Your Responsibility

Quality Manager in product development projects

Quality responsibility for defined product lines

Coordinating and solving product complaints

Managing quality topics of external suppliers

Initiation and coordination of product improvements

Review and implementation of Hilti business processes

Your Profile

Technical degree (FH, TU) in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or Material Science ideally combined with further education in Quality Management and HSE

Proven track record in product development (2-4 years of experience)

Experience of quality assurance methods (quality assurance plans, inspection plans, process qualifications, risk assessments)

Experience in Process Management

Effective communication skills across all levels and functions of the organization

Fluent in English (oral and written). German is an advantage

Persuasive, has drive and is persistent with entrepreneurial mindset

Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, industrial measuring techniques, tool manufacturing are an additional benefit

Supplier auditor experience is a plus
