What’s the role?
The marketing organization at Hilti runs several strategic initiatives every year to drive our defined Champion2020 Strategy. These projects are typically ran at Regional Hub level in close collaboration with our Markets. Interns will be working with one of our Marketing Leadership team members on a strategic projects.

What does the role involve?

How do we integrate our offering from a marketing perspective for ON!Track (our leading asset management solution) and fleet management (our program for tool park management)?
Methodology:
• Assess our current marketing initiatives for both offerings
• Assess potential overlaps in customer groups for both offerings
• Understand current customer journey for both offerings
• Prioritize customer journey touch points where an integration between ON!Track and fleet mgmt. is possible
• Design an integrated offer customer touch point
• Roll out newly design touch point
Other project topics would include:-
- Design new services and assess readiness to launch for our flagship VIP program to ensure continuous innovation for our most important customers across the region
- Design a strategy to maximize digital collaboration with our customers whereby Hilti and its customers can jointly benefit from each other’s digital space
Key responsibilities include:
• Interviewing experts and stakeholders to identify issues and form hypotheses on solutions
• Carrying out research, data collection and analyses to test hypotheses
• Evaluating marketing options and recommending way forward
• Presenting findings and recommendations to leadership team
• Liaising with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions
• Identify initiative key success factors and develop a roadmap for implementation
Internship is designed to run for a minimum of 12 weeks from January, extension is possible. This is a paid internship.

What you need is:
• MBA/masters candidate from a top business school
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a sense for pragmatic solutions
• Confidence to push own ideas and back it up with facts/ analyses
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or within a team to get things done
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and English language
