Logistics Service Representative (7am-7pm Availability)

Logistics Services Rep will act as a functional expert in a DC, Logistics Services Group, or other similar role. This person will have overall knowledge of and expertise regarding logistics of materials to and from various locations, including distribution centers, Hilti centers, and individual AM vehicles, throughout the US and Canada. They will perform daily duties as directed by their team leader as well as be involved in projects as needed that support the team’s goals.

Your Responsibilities:

· Maintain inventory levels for Hilti sales vehicles, including background tables to ensure accurate and timely replenishment of inventory
· Generate and distribute departmental reports to management
· Reconcile inventory of vans through transaction forms and regular movement of sales professionals in and out of sales territories
· Partner with marketing to determine appropriate van inventory limits and product mix
· Functional expert in SAP inventory transactions regarding vans and warehouse material movements.
· Partner with account managers to ensure inventory accuracy as well as adherence to inventory policies and guidelines
· Answer phones and e-mail to satisfy customer requirements and questions; customers include sales professionals, warehouse operations associates, customer service reps, etc.
· Prioritize workload among team members
· Train new team members
· Back up manager as needed
· Able to make decisions regarding logistics and direct others to take action as needed
· Propose and present information to upper management as required
· Other duties as assigned

Your Profile:

· Experience working with Business Intelligence software application
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
· SAP process expert in inventory management and reconciliation
· Solid knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
· Working knowledge of US geography; Canadian geographic knowledge is a plus
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Problem solving abilities
