International Facade Business Developer

Job description

Currently we have an opportunity for Façade industry professional with design / engineering experience who wants to expand your role commercially within South East Asia.  

Your responsibilities

·  Build and develop new and existing relationship with façade consultants within South East Asia with / through the local façade teams
·  Provide high value / efficient engineering service and support to customers which includes delivery of seminars on key topics for façade consultants
·  Training, educating and sharing of best practices with local facade teams in South East Asia
·  Responsible of leading project teams across regions to develop and manage façade projects in South East Asia
·  Continuous networking and to maintain excellent rapport with façade trade organisations, professional bodies and involvement in region corresponding events

Your profile

·  Degree or equivalent experience in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering preferred (bonus: MBA)
·  Good planning abilities, attention to detail and service oriented
·  Leadership and networking skills
·  Proven experience in specification sales with a high level of knowledge of the design and façade construction process required (bonus: working in façade trade either in façade consultancy or in CW contractor firm)
·  Relevant experience within the facade industry with strong business development and commercial skills (preferred: experience in South East Asia)
·  Enthusiastic, proactive and self-reliant person with effective communication  and relationship building expertise
·  Class 3 driving license is essential
