• Technical leadership including the development and evaluation of complex projects in the field of slow- and fast cure chemical fastening systems to the stage of product realization together with internal and external partners
• Functional leadership of project teams and coordination with internal and external cross-functions
• Project planning (resources, cost, timing) and execution to deliver key objectives
• Preparation and alignment of requirement- and functional specifications
• Safeguarding of documentation according to internal and external guidelines and regulations
• Supervision of production and testing of prototypes
• Technical risk management, qualification and early warning system, complaint handling
• Active participation to establish technology roadmap, monitoring of trends and continuous development of chemical fastening technology

• Degree (PhD) in chemistry with a focus on polymer and/or organic chemistry
• Several years of experience in development and formulation of chemical 2-component-systems based on epoxy resins, methacrylates, unsaturated polyesters, etc.
• Expert knowledge in construction chemistry (i.e. chemical fastening) or related field (e.g. grouts, adhesives, coatings etc.)
• Distinct analytical capabilities to present complex topics in an understandable way and an affinity to manual operations
• Competence to lead functional teams
• Very good command of English and German (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel internationally
