Sales / Communications Internship

Hexis Plus are currently looking for Communications / Sales Intern to join our team!

The Job

We are looking for interns who have an interest in progressing in industries such as the following:

Communications
Sales
Recruitment / HR
Training / Education
Marketing
PR

In this internship you will develop skills in communication and sales (on the phone and in person) and get insight into business strategies, business development and the e-learning and education industries.
You will also need to have a clear speaking voice and a good work ethic but no previous sales experience is needed. Full training and coaching will be provided.

Hexis Plus is a rapidly growing ed-tech start-up company with a core interest in education, training, elearning and technology.
Our mentality revolves around learning, personal development, exploring novel and exciting techniques and technologies and doing business the moral way.
With a distributed team of 14 members of staff and growing. You will be working closely with the London part of the team - we are young, driven bunch with experience in industries such as training, teaching, coaching, project management, sales, recruitment, research, communications, marketing and business development. We like to work intensely, but also love to have a laugh (and if you’re into things such as Game of Thrones, Pokémon Go or anything geeky you may well find yourself in heated debates with a good helping of bad language).

Start Date / Duration

The internship will start at the end of July or early August, depending on how soon the ideal candidates are found.
Initially this job is for 1 full-time week. If you’re available after this and you enjoy working with us, there is a good chance that you will be invited to extend your internship and possibly join the company for full-time employment.

Location

The internship will be based in Enfield and Shepherd’s Bush. You will need to be able to get to both locations as you may be asked to come to either location within a day’s notice. If you end up working with us for a longer period there is a potential for remote work which will allow you to do your job from your bed or your favourite cafe!

The Money!

The initial week of the internship will be unpaid, but expenses will be covered (lunch + travel).
If the length of the internship is extended this will turn into paid work.
