Across the UK we employ circa 1,400 people with over 30 different nationalities and we’re currently looking for aFranchise Operations Manager reporting to the VP Franchise OperationsUxbridgeto join our team in our Uxbridge European head office.
The objective of this role is to manage and improve all operational touch points including Policies and Procedures, Audit and Compliance, Core Franchise support services as well as supporting strategic initiatives such as the Global Value Proposition and C2C.
Key-result areas
· Support Franchise team to drive new country implementations.
· Achieve Franchise fee income in line with business expectations for all Franchisees
· Be the central point in the franchise team for all project management tools and training. Offer PM support to franchisees when and if required.
· Develop close, trusted and effective working relationships with all Hertz, Multibrand franchisees and uphold all corporate brand values.
· Become the “Champion” to ensure all relevant CoEs in Dublin are working to maximum efficiency in supporting all franchisee activity, develop and lead continuous improvement initiatives across all service providers.
· Work closely with the Franchise IT Lead and the IT community to deliver new developments and ensure duplication is minimized and all projects are prioritised.
· Manage the GFO product portfolio prioritization process as part of our global Value Proposition working closely with the Franchise Ops Manager
· All compliance related efforts including reviewing monthly fee reporting to ensure contractual compliance, annual collection of key documents from Franchisees.
· Update and develop policies and procedure in order close highlighted gaps from recent audits and other activities.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

Educational Background and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance with a minimum of 2 years work experience in the area of reporting/analysing.
Knowledge:
· Attention to detail and understanding of multisite operational processes
· Highly proficient on Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookup, Sum-if, Index…) and PowerPoint
· Prior experience with building reporting tools.
· Ability and eagerness to be intimately involved with the businesses and contribute to business success.
· Ability to work efficiently in a global business culture and in an international matrix organization.
· Can work on a conceptual level and is also able to be pragmatic and results-oriented.
· Fluency in English is a must.
· Ideally will have good understanding of the industry, the fundamental business principles and its business drivers.
