General Responsibilities:
Field Marketing Analyst – 2 weeks mission
Hertz is looking for 3 people to analyse customer behaviour and tablet performance at Heathrow airport. Our customer experience team recently implemented self-service tablets for customers so they can book a car by themselves or facetime a member of our staff. Allocated to a specific terminal, you’ll look at people using these tablets in order to report how they are behaving at the counter and if they are facing any IT issues.
You’ll need to work from 8am to 8pm from Monday to Sunday during two weeks.
