We are currently looking for a dynamic Customer Sales Representative to join our Brussels Airport branch.

What is this role all about?

As a Customer Sales Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales services to all our customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz products. Reporting to the branch manager this is a demanding role with the key focus being on providing excellent customer service, and for individuals who thrive in a very busy environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

·  Effectively service customer needs by providing the highest levels of quality to all customers.
·  Emphasis on selling at the counter and revenue maximisation on core products in accordance with the customer’s needs.
·  Effectively operate the rental system
·  Complete all administration, answer customer queries and give rental advice when needed.
·  Answer all telephone calls in accordance with Hertz policy

Mandatory Requirements:

·  Excellent organisational and time management skills
·  Good communication skills both written and oral
·  Ability to work well as a team with 100% customer focus
·  An enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards selling
·  Excellent telephone manner is essential
·  Driving Licence B
·  Fluent in French & Dutch , Good command of English
