STAGE CATEGORY MANAGER (W/M) - 6 MOIS - JULY 2025

Job description

Monitoring and analysis of category and brand performance:
o Monthly sales results of Herta and competition via Nielsen analysis
o Update dashboards and business reports to prepare monthly business planning meetings
o Measure promotional effectiveness and update promotional plan
o Give actionable recommendations based on thorough analysis

E-commerce follow-up and implementation:
o Monitor e-commerce performance (category & brand)
o Participate in creation & implementation of e-commerce strategy
o Ensure excellence in execution for the brand on e-commerce sites (e.g. visuals,
descriptions...)

Support the category manager in implementing strategies at retailer level:
o Help prepare planograms for retailers
o Creation of one pager for the sales team & field team >

Desired profile

- You are attending a master's degree (MS/MSc/Bac+4/5)
- You are analytical, result focused, autonomous, and above all an open-minded team player with good communication skills
- You are fluent in English and French (dutch is a plus)
- Office & Nielsen knowledge is a plus
- You are available from July 2025, for 6 months (or longer
