Here at Henry Nicholas, we spend our days immersed in the fascinating world of marketing, digital and creative, working with some fab companies and people throughout the UK to help place great talent in brilliant roles.

We’re not your stereotypical recruitment agency though… We don’t do suits and we don’t do pushy sales. Instead, we do creativity and personality and we do honest, credible consultation with long-term, sustainable relationship building always in mind. Our clients, our candidates and the positive experiences they have working with us influence everything we do here at Henry Nicholas HQ, although this just seems like common sense to us.

We’ve built a solid reputation and fantastic portfolio of clients over the years so you’ll get the opportunity to work with world leading marketing agencies, big name brands and innovative start-ups from day one, but we won’t throw you in at the deep end! We’ll train and mentor you by pairing you with a Principle or Senior Consultant who will teach you everything you’ll need to know about our sector, what talent looks like, where to find it and how to win new business and develop your accounts. When you reach that point, you’ll continue to be mentored to help you further develop your career with Henry Nicholas.

We’re currently a close-knit team and have been growing year on year. It’s our plan to keep on growing and continue helping even more talented candidates find their dream roles. To do that, we’re looking for confident, bright and driven folk who can join our family as trainee recruitment consultants, work hard and have a lot of fun along the way. A proven sales background is handy, but most important to us is someone of a graduate calibre (or equivalent) with confidence and enthusiasm, who isn’t afraid to ask questions and step outside of their comfort zone, but is prepared to put in the time to learn quickly, take on increasing levels of responsibility and be able to effectively prioritise their workload.

In return for all your efforts, you’ll receive a competitive basic salary and commission as well as a pretty unique working environment that ensures everyday life at Henry Nicholas is an enjoyable as possible. To name a few, there’s the foosball table and Wii, the bean bag breakout area, the team billings challenge (winners get free beer), and the monthly team days out and holidays abroad which are determined by meeting targets. £16,000 Basic rising to £18,000 after 6 months realistic 1st years earnings £20,000
