This Dorset based below-the-line marketing communications agency are seeking an Account Manager with a good grounding in the creative/advertising industry.

Role summary
We are looking for an Account Manager with a degree level marketing qualification (agency experience would be an advantage) and a passion for the business of brands and marketing communications. ??

You'll have first class customer service skills, and have the ability to deliver beyond their expectations time and time again. Working to tight deadlines and the ability to develop excellent client relationships is paramount. ??You'll have excellent communications skills and the ability to stay one step ahead at all times. As well as being a keen and willing team player, you will also be able to work independently when required.??

This is a busy role that requires skills in many different areas. You will be working on a range of Packaging, POS and Sales Promotional projects from brief through to execution for number of high profile FMCG clients. ?

• The ability to develop relationships which customers and build a rapport with clients?
• Ability to co-ordinate external suppliers and manage relationships as both client and service provider ?
• Excellent attention to detail ?
• Flexible approach to problem solving?
• Some knowledge of print and production?•
• Experience and understanding of using MS Office, specifically Excel and Powerpoint?

Responsibilities

o Receiving briefs from clients
o Requesting quotes from suppliers when necessary
o Raising quotes
o Preparing written briefs for the studio
o Briefing the studio on jobs in a clear and concise manner
o Checking artwork and proof reading
o Interpreting and acting on feedback from clients
o Sending artwork to print
o Invoicing
