The Warehouse Operations Specialist efficiently ensures the movement of raw material, packaging and finished goods to the plant, off-site warehouses and to the customer.

What we offer

· Print, complete and review all shipping documents, including customs paperwork and co-packer paperwork as needed.
· Maintain all additions, subtractions and changes to mainframe system as needed.
· Dispatch carrier to dock door to maintain an efficient flow of loaders to trucks.
· Monitor all inbound/outbound NFG's materials from both internal and external warehouses, suppliers and dispatches equipment for material demand to meet production requirements.
· Monitor and track all drop trailers.
· Communicate with outside COB Suppliers for both loading and shipping outbound.
· Maintains constant communication with 3PL DC teams on all inbound and outbound deliveries.

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  High School Diploma or GED preferred.
·  Minimum two years previous warehouse operations experience.
·  Knowledge of finished good part numbers, product descriptions, pallet patterns, palletizing requirements and packaging components preferred.
·  Must be detail oriented and can multi-task with a high level of accuracy.
·  Must have excellent communication skills and can follow written and verbal instructions.
·  Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communication in a manner which enables the employee to get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
