What we offer

· Responsible to support Henkel global Compensation and Benefits (C&B) from enrollment to termination, Payment report, Reconciliation of benefits data.
· Supports hand in hand with country's local HR (Human Resources), Stakeholder and Finance team for proper payout to employees.
· Responsible for Incentive calculation of upper management.
· Executes validation and reconciliation of benefits data and payment.
· Responds to employee's inquiries and concerns related to the process.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor's degree in any field.
·  Minimum of three (3) years working experience in HR Compensation and Benefits which includes Benefits, Administration, Payroll and Reconciliation.
·  Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, V-Look-up and Pivoting, Knowledge of MACRO is in advantage.
·  Preferably with knowledgeable in SAP.
·  Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
