An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join as a Sales Representative, reporting to the Sales Area Manager. As the Sales Representative, you will be directly responsible for selling products and services in line with brand positioning and commercial conditions whilst offering an outstanding service to the existing customer base.

The key challenges will include:
· To sell products and services according to the Schwarzkopf Professional policy and commercial conditions, taking into account brand positioning
· To attend and support all related customer needs in order to assure successful development of all brands
· Management of existing field customers, providing information and sell in of products, promotions and service
· Preparation of objectives and development programs for each customer
· A value added approach to account management
· Order taking, and negotiation of customer agreements
· Significant New Client Acquisition at the appropriate level
· Administrative tasks such as sending contracts, route planning and visit preparation
· Analysing, sharing and collating competitor information

Qualifications :

What we are looking for:

·  Have proven business to business field sales experience
·  Excellent communicator & influencer with strong negotiation skills
·  Have good presentation skills and a personal approach that reflects the image of our fashion and beauty conscious customers
·  Good administration and IT skills to include MS Office
·  Dynamic and self-motivated
·  Driving Licence
·  Knowledge of the hairdressing industry is beneficial although not essential.
