The printed electronics sales manager is responsible for driving consistent growth of Henkel printed electronic products used in high reliability applications in world wide. The primary focus is the development and delivery of the sales pipeline for new projects and the management of secondary channels (manufacturing representatives and opportunities created through other Henkel sales representatives).

What we offer (Job Duties):

·  The key responsibility for this position is to create a strong sales pipeline through early design engagement from new and existing customers which lead to exceeding targets on organic sales growth.
·  The Sales Manager will directly develop new accounts as well as engage existing customers for increased account penetration.
·  In addition to direct OEM sales interactions, this position will also leverage other resources including manufacturing representatives and fellow Henkel sales representatives to exceed targeted growth objectives.
·  The sales manager will also be responsible for developing territory and account plans, reporting on key market and customer trends and preparing the annual budget forecast.

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

· 
Experience as a direct field salesperson managing a territory with greater than $3M of revenue.

· 
Proven ability to identify, negotiate and close OEM projects with annual revenue of greater than $1M.

· 
The candidate will typically have 3 years or more of demonstrated sales achievement in the electronic products market such as copper and silver flexible circuits, capacitive and force sensors, printed heaters, and electronics value add products in high reliability applications (ie Medical, Automotive and Industrial markets). Alternately, sales experience to the circuit assembly market will also be considered, such as suppliers of printed wiring boards, cable connectors, and flex circuits, etc.

· 
High energy, self-driving sales professional who has proven to be a relationship builder and problem solver.

· 
Excellent presentation and written communication skills and functional capability with Excel, PowerPoint and CRM required.

· 
BS in a technical degree preferred, but candidates with a non-technical BS/BA and extensive proven success in selling technical products will be considered.
