A Schwarzkopf Professional Regional Education Manager manages all Schwarzkopf Professional education activities and provides an expert level of technical education support for distributors and salons within an assigned territory in the United States for the Beauty Care Professional North America business. A Regional Education Manager is a leader and mentor for distributor ASK Experts, distributor sales consultants and hairdressers. This position will be located in the Ohio area, covering Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Michigan.

What we offer

· Support and generate sales through education
· Build and support the distributor education team for distributors within an assigned territory in the United States • Monitor and track the distributor education activity
· Implement Schwarzkopf Professional's ASK education curriculum at distributor level
· Trains distributor technical advisors, distributor sales consultants and hairdressers
· Trains, guides and develops Schwarzkopf Professional Regional Technical Advisor (if applicable)
· Organize and launch new products to key accounts, distributor sales consultants, and distributor technical advisors in collaboration with his / her respective Schwarzkopf Professional Key Account Manager. Tasks: • Establish distributor's annual education calendar for distributors and key accounts.
· Conduct technical interview/training for new distributor technical advisors
· Mentor and develop new and existing distributor technical advisors
· Track distributor technical advisor activities on a monthly basis
· Train technical advisors and stylists on all Schwarzkopf Professional brands
· Train technical advisors and stylists on Essential Looks
· Facilitate sales meetings, trainings and key account development
· Organize and facilitate distributor and corporate trade shows/events
· Facilitate in-salon seminars

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  3- 5 years experience as working stylist who excels at hair color.
·  Experience with Schwarzkopf Professional or major manufacturer preferred
·  Prior experience managing a remote team
·  Must have current drivers license and cosmetology license
·  Must be willing to travel up to 90%
·  Must be team oriented
·  Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills
·  Must be experienced in Microsoft Windows, & Excel
·  High level of organizational skills
·  Previous teaching / training / mentoring experience is a plus
·  High school graduate
·  Physical Requirements: Employee must have the ability to lift 25 lbs and be physically capable of standing for pro-longed periods of time.
