What we offer

· Support line manager for overall strategy build up for E-mobility market and fully accountable for the implementation
· Explore and develop new customer / application projects in the responsible region, act as project leader to lead break through projects to pursue successful closure and set examples for the organization.
· Leverage company standarized management tools (Capris, customer roadmap, one-pager, etc) to monitor / improve business performance and ensure a healthy growth pipeline to hit both short and long term targets.
· Maintain technology expertise and know-how for the responsible components and applications, spread knowledge to both sales and customers within the responsible region.
· Insights of market new technology trend, being initiator and driver for new product/technology development according to customers' needs or market trend. Key player in new product / technology development by collaborating with regional/global AR/PD team.
· Build and maintain strategic relationship with market leading players, conduct regular exchanges to sense customer technology trend and develop potential cooperation.
· Market intelligence /dynamics collection and analysis. Translate key message into actionable plans to the team and follow up.
· Other supporting activities as needed or assigned by line manager, including marketing campaigns, business planning, etc.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  3-5 years working experiences, engineering or project management positions from the E-mobility industry (battery manufacturer or OEM E-mobility design team) or BD roles from similar chemical companies focus on E-mobility market are target candidates
·  Technical Knowledge of E-mobility industry as a must
·  Business sense and customer facing skills
·  Passionate, willing to take challenges
·  Good interpersonal skills
·  Project leading experience is a plus
