Responsible for managing the organization and execution of key Creative projects to ensure requirements and project deliverable' dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed.
What we offer
• Develop project scopes and objectives, working closely with the team
• Maintain project schedules and calendars
• Handle creative project requests from Marketing, Sales and Education teams
• Organize and maintain Creative server, artwork, art and photography assets
• In charge of monitoring project risks and scope to identify potential issues and proactively recommend solutions to address them.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Take detailed project and meeting notes, over-communicating and ensuring that every team member and stakeholder is on the same page
• Measure project performance, creating and maintaining project documentation and reporting as needed
• Traffic packaging and print collateral from creative request through release of final artwork.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Who we are looking for
• 2-5 years of Project Management experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and relevant experience
• Experience with Project Management tools such as Workamajig, Jira or Asana
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook, Powerpoint
• Working experience on Apple Mac OS and Adobe CC (AI, PS, InD, Acrobat)
• Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in marketing and web technologies
• Strong professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Incredible organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Understanding of print and packaging artwork processes.
• Preferred experience working with a creative team in-house or agency
• Resourceful with the ability to problem-solve and overcome obstacles that arise.
