Henkel's operations department is responsible for the performance and execution of the manufacturing of Adhesive products. They provide engineering support, logistics, environmental support, customer service, continuous improvement, trouble-shooting, and general manufacturing management.

What we offer

· Adhere to the prescribed production plan and monitor production processes; run, adjust and update schedules as needed
· Coordinate with the concerned department to achieve organizational key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as plan and assign workmen to render better services
· Keep the workforce motivated to ensure a high level of quality consciousness, team spirit, and optimum utilization of spares, cost control, etc.
· Maintain the TS 16969, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, and 5S as well as documents and records; drive 5S and lean related activities
· Work towards achieving Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) targets as set by the company, and perform any other job and assignment that may be allotted from time to time

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Diploma degree in Chemical engineering
·  Minimum of two (2) years' work experience in the Production department for a chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing company
·  Knowledge in ISO 9001, firefighting, first aid measures, and emergency preparedness Good interpersonal and communication skills
