Summary:

This individual will be managing a team of thermal process engineers and technicians while directly responsible for the entire new product scale up project portfolio for the Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) product line, a part of Henkel's Adhesive Electronics Business. The Thermal Process Engineering Manager demonstrates expertise in manufacturing process development, project management, advanced quality tools and six sigma principles. They will function as a leader in in critical problem solving and work well with cross functional partners such as Tech Services, Operations, Engineering, Product Development and Quality teams.

What we offer ( Duties & Responsibilities) :

· Oversee execution of all product and raw material discontinuation manufacturing scale up projects following formalized stage gate process for NA Thermal Interface Materials
· Directly manage a diverse team of engineering and technicians
· Expert in manufacturing process development, project management, advanced quality tools and six sigma principles, and functions as a team leader for problem solving
· Partners with cross functional teams to verify accurate data and deliverable are being met
· Ensure successful project launch following stage gate process, deliverables are being reviewed and executed accurately

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  BS Engineering Degree with focus in Chemical Engineering or related principals
·  5+ years of directly applicable experience in Process, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering related to Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) or closely related chemical processing
·  3+ years of direct people management experience, managing all levels of professional technical teams
·  Proven critical problem solving and organizational skills
·  Familiar with engineering tools and statistical analysis
·  Expereince with formal stagegate process highly preferred
·  Proficient in computer applications (ex. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, JMP/Minitab, Visio, SAP)
