What we offer

·  This position is located in Woodruff, SC
·  Evaluate, where necessary, key manufacturing processes (benchmarks/industry leaders/best practices) and develop plans to identify opportunities for improvement.
·  Be a key resource for Lean Enterprise tools and skills.
·  Facilitate continuous improvement workshops/events (3-10 days) targeting specific improvement opportunities.
·  Lead cross functional projects tasked with improving manufacturing and supply chain processes.
·  Lead cultural changes at the site and support continued deployment of Lean Enterprise within Henkel.
·  Work with site leadership to identify and validate savings opportunities.
·  Lead A3 projects on key issues/opportunities identified by the business.

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
·  Excellent leadership and team building skills.
·  Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
·  Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, A3 experience.
·  Competent in project management, possessing the ability to lead continuous improvement workshops/events.
·  Ability to continuously work in a manufacturing environment.
·  Frequently sit, walk, view a computer screen, and type on a keyboard for extended periods of times.
