The Henkel Marketing and Sales Intelligence (MSI) team based in the Shared Service Center (SSC) Bratislava acts as an internal service provider for the Henkel Marketing and Sales organization by providing internal clients in Marketing and Sales with quantitative and qualitative information, reports and services related to markets, clients and consumers as basis for fact-based decision making.

What we offer

· Administrating Henkel global database of media / advertising campaigns and their usage rights
· Maintaining the database system (content wise) and improving it technically
· Preparation of usage rights contracts for models, pictures and music for media campaigns
· Checking the contract information and payment conditions
· Creation of purchase order and later invoice checking and processing of signed contract
· Daily communication with business partners, other departments and media agency

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Successfully completed high school or academic education
·  At least 1 years of working experience in business administration
·  Client-orientation, preciseness and reliability
·  Fluent in spoken and written English is a must
·  Ability to work cooperatively and flexible in a global team
