What we offer ( Job Description)

· Coordination of engineering resources for completion of assigned projects.
· Evaluate feasibility of new parts and participate in the Quality Planning Team release activities.
· Supervise tooling activities, including design, order, maintenance, gage, CNC processes, ie. CNC Mill, ultrasonic and water cutting programming.
· Provide management direction for the Engineering.*
· Works closely with maintenance department to support process activities.
· Fulfill customer requirements relating to engineering or processing, I.e. FMEA, flow charting, and problem solving.
· Initiate, evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance product quality, Efficiency, & Safety/Ergonomic work areas.*

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor's degree (BS) in Engineering from four-year College or university; or three to five years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
·  3+ years of Engineering Management experience
·  Familiar with production monitoring systems.
·  Familiar with launch activities in Automotive business.
·  Ability to operate a Computer and software related to business functions.
·  Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
·  Good communications skills.
