What we offer

· Planning and coordination of marketing activities in trade in order to achieve the best execution
· Active communication with Marketing and Sales colleagues
· Best exploitation of business opportunities across all sales channels
· Planning and support of new product launches focusing on the highest level of execution
· Development of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) to support brand equity related activities / promotion
· Working with sales team to understand the need of POSM, then execute all implementation of POSM (design, production, how to fill strategies)
· Cooperation with BTL (Below The Line) agencies
· Stocking and distribution of POSM to the field (to Sales Representatives)
· Managing and evaluating trade promotions leading to maximum returns

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  University degree education
·  1 – 5 years of experience on a similar position
·  Experience from FMCG industry is a big advantage
·  Advanced level of English language
·  MS Office knowledge – general intermediate level of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
·  Driving license B is required
·  Very good communication, organization and presentation skills
·  Team player who is motivated and eager to develop and learn new things
