In our team we are searching motivated colleague who will support and develop the strategy and marketing activities within Waterproofing Category to increase growth on a global perspective.

What we offer

· Developing proposals, concepts and activities to improve the growth of Waterproofing category
· Organizing and executing the market researches and coordinating various marketing projects with adverting Agencies
· Supporting the operational Business in defined projects
· Leading the brand positioning that supports differentiation in the minds of customer
· Developing of marketing mix elements for waterproofing category
· Preparing launch packages for innovations and execute regional implementations
· Developing concrete action plans for defined projects (market analysis, marketing projects, etc.)
· Coordinating different parties (PD, Packaging, MR etc.) and control the budget for defined projects

Attractive remuneration (minimum salary: € 2.700, willingness to overpay depending on experience).

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor or Master degree with good results (preferably with focus on Marketing)
·  Approximately 1-3 years relevant Product Management experience, preferably with chemical background
·  High analytical thinking abilities and initiative
·  Flexibility and team orientation
·  Drive and determination to achieve
