Within our organization we are recruiting for our “Talent Onboarding Program” for future HENKEL leaders. This program offers you a fast-track career path to best prepare you for leadership roles within HENKEL:

- Start inside the German marketing department to build category & customer knowledge & understand local marketing dynamics & realities

- After ca. 2 years move to the global marketing team to grow capabilities in marketing strategy & brand building

What we offer

· Incumbent will be independently running the Care & Styling category for Schwarzkopf Professional Germany
· Launch planning, including top-spin creation for priority launches
· Ownership of key corporate seasonal programs
· Ownership of digital campaigns and all social media channels, including steering social media agency
· Direct counterpart of sales teams and leading sales cycle promotional management & steering
· Leading agencies such as graphics, translation & digital
· Demand planning with Supply Chain - budget planning

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  We are looking for passionate marketers and brand builders who love to think outside the box and enter unchartered territories
·  Bachelor or Master with strong grades; ideally in Business Administration, General Management, Marketing or Sales
·  First experiences in Marketing; ideally in Beauty Care
·  Strong passion for Beauty
·  Multi-facetted experiences beyond marketing & beyond their home land
·  Confident team player
·  Energized, disciplined and eager to take over responsibility from the start
·  Strong communication skills
·  Fluent in English & German
