The global innovation management team at Henkel is responsible to execute and deliver on a strategically aligned portfolio of projects. These high impact innovations are required to meet Henkel's ambitious top and bottom line growth targets.

What we offer

· Position can be MC3b or MC3a, depending on candidates current level and experience.
· Lead multiple Innovation Projects
· Manage / facilitate regular interaction between innovation team members in a virtual team environment to speed project pace
· Work with team to define project milestones in alignment with global Strategic Business Unit/Steering Unit plans and Innovation Strategy, manage accordingly. Milestones include financial business plans, technical roadmaps, customer roadmaps, positioning and/or risk analysis
· Lead cross-functional project team(s) to accomplish the project deliverables
· Identify potential key project gaps / hurdles and provide alternative solutions in order to meet the business and timeline targets.
· Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress
· Oversee product launch stage in Adhesives Development Process (ADP) to ensure adequate quality before launch.

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelors degree in relevant Technical / Marketing / Business field. Masters degree is a plus.
·  5-10 years experience in International Industrial environment. Experience with 2+ years in Product Development, Technical Customer Service, or Marketing is a plus.
·  Experience leading or managing complex projects
·  Ability to lead and influence without formal authority. Experience working on or leading cross-functional teams.
·  Excellent communications / team leadership skills
·  Excellent project management skills
·  5% - 15% travel requirements (International and Domestic)
