The key challenges will include:

· Acting as the first point of contact for all customer service requests and responding customer calls and emails regarding order enquiry.
· Processing of Customer orders from creation to invoicing, including customer negotiations; facilitating resolution of credit blocks, invoice disputes & stock issues
· Proactively manage and supporting of end to end business processes
· Controlling consignment stocks and third party direct deliveries
· Proactively communicating with other departments, supporting finance team and sales in cash collection and bad debt activities
· Timely recording of customer complaints in SAP
· Liaise regularly with other functions such as Credit Management, Customer Service Support, Control Tower, Logistics & Sales, to ensure end Customer Service Level delivery to our customers
· Involvement in Claims Management such as customer interaction and ad-hoc analysis during inbound calls
· Supporting the continuous improvement initiatives
· Work proactively to ensure all local SHE objectives are achieved, whilst working in compliance with SHE regulations.

Seeked profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Previous customer service experience
·  Experience of order processing
·  Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Customer focused and problem solving orientated
·  Ability to work on own initiative, be proactive and self-directing
