Corporate Real Estate Management is the expert group steering all real estate topics for Henkel worldwide. As part of an innovative, diverse and globally operating team you will be responsible for the implementation of Henkel's real estate strategy. You will act as a business partner providing technical and financial expertise to Henkel business units. By steering decision processes and projects you will contribute to the achievement of optimal real estate solutions.

What we offer

· Leading of international projects within intercultural and crossfunctional teams
· Setting up and managing of external real estate consultants and planning teams
· Coordinating the stakeholders and top management decision makers
· Defining of project requirements and developing of briefing documents
· Analysing of real estate market data and construction cost benchmarks
· Executing of feasibility studies and calculation of financial business cases for decision making
· Steering of transaction processes and participation in contract negotiations
· Continuous improvement of all real estate standards and processes
· Preparating of top management reports and decision papers

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  University degree with major in architecture, civil engineering or business administration, preferably with specialization in real estate
·  Approximately 2 years of experience in the real estate field
·  Good understanding of financial and legal matters in real estate
·  Excellent communication skills in English, German and other additional languages are desirable
·  Affinity to be working in an international and interdisciplinary environment
·  Passionate, stress-resistant person with high level of self initiative
·  Analytical, structured and target oriented approach
·  Ambitious team player who strives for high quality standards
·  Strong interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills
