Corporate Real Estate Management is the expert group steering all real estate topics for Henkel worldwide and is positioned in the Finance Controlling& Development division.
Henkel's office portfolio strategy and office projects are managed under our responsibility. We realize process execution and develop standard processes for real estate projects, lease management, transactions, workspace solutions and facility management. You will be part of the Corporate Real Estate Projects team, who is responsible for the development and steering of Henkel‘s real estate solutions for Henkel's offices.

What we offer

· Steer international projects within multinational and interdisciplinary teams
· Set up and manage internal and external project teams and define project requirements and develop briefing documents
· Analyze real estate market data and construction cost benchmarks
· Develop real estate solutions, prepare feasibility studies and calculate financial business cases
· Contribute to the business unit investment planning for office projects
· Support the internal approval processes
· Review and approve office layouts based on Henkel workspace concept

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

· University degree with major in real estate, architecture, civil engineering or any related field
· 2-5 years of professional experience in a real estate environment
· Excellent understanding of financial and technical matters in real estate
· Ability to work in multinational and interdisciplinary teams
· Strong interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills
· Passionate, stress-resistant professional achieving high quality standards
· Strategic thinking individual with structured and target oriented approach
· Ambitious team player with excellent communication skills in English and German
