Corporate Communications serves to establish and strengthen Henkel's corporate brand and corporate image and supports the businesses through strategic and professional media relations. Corporate Communications manages all external and internal communications of corporate topics. This position will involve topic, content and project management for all central internal communications channels of Adhesive Technologies.

What we offer

· Topic Management: annual topic planning, priorisation of topics, decision-making which topic for which channel/ audience
· Content Management: concept and editing of texts (incl. interviews etc. with diverse stakeholders from Top Management to technical experts) and adaptions of them for different channels (traditional and social media) incl. visualisation
· Project Management: responsible e.g. for the online magazine, evaluations of publications etc.
· Development and implementation of Internal Communications and publication of concepts and related formats (texts, videos, events,…)
· Internal stakeholder management to establish a trusted relationship with relevant business partners

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  University degree (Journalism, Communication, Business Administration)
·  3- 5 years of relevant professional experience in a communications department of a global company or a communications/ social media agency network
·  Expertise in internal communications and deep knowledge of both traditional communications channels and social media
·  Experienced in publications/ project management
·  Fluent in written and spoken English and spoken German
·  Proven conceptual ability paired with dedication to achieve results and hands on attitude
·  Excellent writing, communications and consulting skills
·  High level of commitment, creativity and passion as well as affinity for technical topics (Adhesive Technologies)
