HR Generalist (Advisor) – Operations
As HR Generalist (Advisor) – Operations, you will work with the Head of HR Operations for delivering operational processes performed by Global Business Services organisation - employee and organizational data organization, HR reporting and administration, among other HR activities. The role is based in Hayes Park, West London (UB4 8AL).  
Kraft Heinz is setting up a Global Business Services (GBS) which will deliver Finance and HR processes across a global network of 7 regional centers and 1 global hub and servicing over 40 countries. The regional centers are based in Romania, Indonesia, China, Russia, Brazil and North America with the global hub will be located in India, Bangalore.

HR Generalist (Advisor) – Operations - ROLE:
Work closely with the Head of HR Operations and GBS process owner and the delivery teams to review service issues, understand root causes and identify resolution and mitigation activities Working with representatives across the process team will ensure a constructive balance between implementing best practice and process practicalities / exceptions
·  Monitor process catalog of HR activities performed by GBS
·  Support with embedding local policies
·  Track SLAs for GBS activities and review metrics via MPR’s
·  Support projects related to European HR Operations
·  Support identification changes in processes or legislations on activities that are performed by GBS via liaison with Head of HR CoE Operations and HRBP’s
·  Stay close to HRBPs to monitor business requirements feedback and support as required
·  Continuously identify and execute opportunity for improvement
·  Define and Enhance Reporting and Analytics Requirements
·  Provide support for Application Deployment and responsible for activities including but not only limited to : System changes, Testing accuracy, defining requirements of changes, analysing Design Impact and performing necessary tests including Regression Test and User Acceptance Test
·  Support Sox Compliance team on audit activities eg SOX SAP Critical Access and Segregation of Duties Review

The HR Operations Generalist role will be accountable for the overall HR Operations and the work performed by Global Business Services organisation, employee and organizational data organization, HR reporting and administration, among other HR activities. The role will be located from Hayes Park and will be responsible for delivering operational processes for all countries in Europe where we have Human Resources activities (in conjunction with the Head of Dept)

HR Generalist (Advisor) – Operations - QUALIFICATIONS :

Competencies and Skills :
·  Evidence of professional development and career progression in previous roles
·  A proven track record of delivering consistent result
·  Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus
·  Strong data orientation and capability
·  Strong and complex stakeholder management
Functional / Technical :
·  Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resource Management, Finance/Business or related field
·  Experience with both Union and Non Union manufacturing is strongly preferred
·  Workday Knowledge beneficial
·  Communication skills
·  Project management skills
·  Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
·  Strong ability exceed internal customer expectations
·  A high degree of initiative, leadership, and ability to influence others
·  Creative and energetic
·  Ability to lead and implement change while enrolling and engaging others, a focus on implementation and results, and experience in change management Work Experience:
·  Experience with both Union and Non Union manufacturing is desirable
