Job description

As an Inventory Controller you are responsible for the overall management and reporting of the European Supply Chain (SC) losses. These include the write offs for total Europe, the overall provisions on stock (i.e. shelf life, quality, product life cycle) and the inventory counting. Your task is to ensure we have one standard approach for total Europe and to upgrade the existing reporting in more simplified insight full reporting.

This critical and dynamic role contains the following:
• Co-lead the monthly review on SC losses with the BU's
• Create the monthly SC losses deck for the European Package review and SC EXEC
• Ensuring all inventory provisions, write off provsions and recharges are made at month end closing and provisions are shared with the BU's
• Provides analysis and support for the Package owner
• Review the completeness of stock counts reporting
• Review execution of plans and provide support to drive action and create visibility
• Co-ordinate the timely delivery of all input needed to complete the forecasts & actuals

Key Accountabilities:
• Deliver the SC losses target with the SC losses Package Owner
• Monthly reporting of the SC Report s and share those in monthly reporting deck
• Maintain accurate reporting on all European SC losses
• Owner of the stock count process in Europe
• Drives continuous improvement of processes and ways of working

Job requirements

• University Related Qualification
• Good knowledge of English language
• Impressive extra-curriculars
• Ability and willingness to relocate in Europe
• Knowlegde and understanding in Finance
• Higly numerate and analytical
• Ability to work under pressure to short deadlines
• Entrepreuneurial spirit
• Strong system skills, preferably SAP and database experience
• Ability to work in a matrix environment
