Role

As our Account Manager you will have a continuous drive to seek for new developments and growth opportunities. Focusing on our distributors in parts of the Nordics and Eastern Europe. As Kraft Heinz has huge ambitions in this region, you will be part of a dynamic expanding team. As Account Manager you will be a true ambassador for our brands and products.

Key components of the role

The Account Manager is managing our distributors in (most likely) Finland, Norway, Iceland and the Baltics. The position includes Pricing implementation, Volume forecasting, Strategic Planning, launching Kraft Heinz products, Relationship Management and taking part in negotiations.

You will actively contribute to:

•          Regional Sales Strategy
•          Joint business plans
•          Annual Operating Plans
•          Strategic Plan

Your primary points of contacts are:

•          Customers
•          Customer Service
•          Sales team
•          Sales and Operation Planning
•          Supply Chain Hub
•          Marketing team
•          Finance
•          Other international contacts within Kraft Heinz Company

Job requirements

•   We are looking for ambitious, energetic and dedicated team player with a real passion for driving business performance and strong analytical skills. You will have high levels of academic achievement, high learning agility and a proven ability of achieving and surpassing targets and objectives.
•   Approximately 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing
•   Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
•   Proficiency in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
•   Effective in building relationships also with an external focus
•   Effective communicator both oral and written
•   Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount
•   Genuine passion and interest for sales management and business development
•   Entrepreneurial who loves to take initiative and action, respecting the guidelines of a multinational company
•   Language skills: native or fluent in English
•   Starting Date - to be determined
