Key responsibilities

• Review existing functional training materials (Production & Logistic) from Heineken Operating Companies (OpCos) globally
• Create an inventory/mapping of all existing training materials
• Standardize existing training materials in a structured and consistent way
• Create training support materials (e.g. Participants exercise book)
• Develop tools (e.g. Dashboard) to keep track on OpCos' progress in various development programmes
• Assist in various programmes roll out among OpCos worldwide

Position profile
• HBO/Master student in industry related area or HR
• Available for at least 5 months; 5 days/week
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of French is appreciated
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
• Attentive, open-minded and pragmatic
• Team worker
• Living or working experience abroad is appreciated
