Job description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing e-Commerce company, in an inbound Sales and Service Advisor position. The role will be based at our despatch centre in Euxton near Preston.
Due to increased business volume we are looking for a new, energetic team member to complete a 6 month temporary contract throughout our busy, winter period.
The role will involve, but is not limited to:
Handling a high volume of phone and email orders
Converting advice enquiries into sales and up-selling products where possible
Responding to customer queries in a timely fashion and providing clear, concise advice
Preparing quotations and following up any leads to secure sales
General ad hoc administrative tasks when required
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient numerical skills
Ability to solve problems and resolve complaints in a polite, positive manner
Experience in a customer service or sales role (preferable)
You will work an average of 44 hours per week, including some weekends and evenings. Pay will be £7.85 to £9.00 per hour, depending on level of experience. On top of the base salary, there is also a performance related incentive scheme.
We are looking for a candidate that could start immediately or within two weeks. Due to the location you would need your own transport but we do provide free, off road parking.
